Ms. Crall has served as a Human Resources Consultant and Recruiting Manager for a notable Fortune 100 company and as a Manager of Employment for a Fortune 500 company with over 8,000 employees.

Currently, she is providing a full line of HR Consulting Services to small and medium sized companies through Change It Forward. These services include Change Management, Executive Coaching, Talent Acquisition and Project Management. She specializes in Human Capital Initiatives and HR Compliance issues, including employee manuals and benefits. She also facilitates training seminars on Crucial Conversations.

She performs Talent Management Assessments, Crucial Conversation Facilitations and Leadership Development Awareness Sessions. She also manages Corporate Engagement Survey Implementation, 360 Voices feedback sessions, Executive Leadership Development Coaching and Feedback.

She develops Coaching and Feedback Processes with Strategic Partners to include Staffing Augmentation and IT Transformation, Team Building sessions and Leader Integration seminars.

Change It Forward designs Employee Mentor Programs and implements Educational Career Development Programs, which involves Change Management, Career Coaching, Talent Acquisition and Performance Evaluation Processes, including Pay for Performance Programs.

Ms. Crall has a Bachelors in Business from Hartford University and a Masters in Project Management from George Washington University.
